HL-RW robotic laser welding system
Built for consistent, low-distortion welds that need little or no grinding.
Six-axis robot cells with fiber laser welding heads and seam tracking for consistent, low-distortion welds.
- 6-axisindustrial robot
- Wobble headlaser welding
- Seam trackingoption
The HL-RW is a turnkey robotic laser welding cell: a six-axis industrial robot, a fiber laser source, a wobble welding head with optional seam tracking, a positioner and a safety enclosure. It produces narrow, low-distortion welds that often need no grinding, which matters for stainless steel enclosures, kitchen equipment and battery trays.

Frequently asked questions
What are the advantages of laser welding over MIG/TIG?
Laser welding is much faster on thin and medium sheet, puts less heat into the part, causes less distortion and usually leaves a clean bead that needs little grinding. The trade-off is tighter fit-up tolerance, which is why we offer seam tracking and fixture advice.
